Here's a bad idea: a bomb you can attach to a remote-controlled helicopter. And yes, you can drop it remotely. Sure, it's not explosive, but the people on the ground don't know that.
You can even fill it up with whatever substance you want, like chalk dust, as the manufacturer recommends, for 'that perfect explosion effect on impact.' Because nothing makes people feel OK about a bomb dropping from a tiny helicopter like a lot of white powder emanating from it. Brilliant.
